Screenshot function on Samsung Galaxy S5 doesn’t work (How to Fix)

Have you experienced of feeling difficult when used the key combination to take a screenshot on the Samsung Galaxy S5? We would like to show you how easy to take snapshot on the Samsung Galaxy S5 without a key combination.

Firstly, you need to activate the Assistant menu, open the following submenu to activate the Assistant menu:

Home screen > Menu > Settings > Accessibility > Dexterity and Interaction > Assistant Menu.

Enable the Assistant menu by sliding the control bar on the top right. Now it will appear a small gray square. Tap on the square and you will see different options. One of them is the “Screenshot” function. Tap on this field on the Assistant menu then a screenshot will be taken. It really doesn’t need key combination.

Now you have successfully taken a screenshot using the Assistant menu.
